All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of purchase. Please allow an additional few days during busy times and bank holidays. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY to the whole of the UK which includes out of area post codes such as the Highlands and Islands, Northen Ireland and the Channel Islands. For out of area locations, please allow an extra couple of days processing and delivery times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

So that we can provide a fair and transparent online shopping experience, your rite to return your order for a full refund is paramount and fully supported by our 60 day returns and refunds policy. If you wish to return your order for any reason, please let us know and we will send a pre-paid returns label. You will just need to print this and drop the package off at your local post office. This allows customers to try our plate racks for size and to make sure that their plates fit before committing to owning the product.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days of receipt. Alls we ask is that the goods are returned to us in the same condition they were received.
