We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Once you have received your order, please examine your product(s) to make sure that you are happy with what you have received. If anything is not as it should be, please let us know so that we may put this right as soon as possible.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, then we offer a 60 day no questions asked returns period in which you can return your order for any reason. If you wish to return your order, please let us know and we can either arrange for the goods to be collected, or we can send over a pre paid returns label in accordance with our returns and refunds policy outlined here.

All goods purchased from us directly are subject to our 10 year manufactures warranty. In this we guarantee to replace, repair or refund any purchase which is deemed to be faulty or has become unusable within 10 years of receipt. This ensures the structural integrity of the product, and that it will remain fit for purpose throughout this period. Please note that this does not cover cosmetic marks, accidental damage or damage caused ny misuse.
