Product and delivery Information

The goods provided will be as described on our website, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. They will be delivered by a 3rd party courier of our choice and be sent to the address supplied when the order was placed. Tracking information will be provided as appropriate. We will endeavour to supply the goods in a timely manner but cannot be held responsible for any delays, howsoever caused.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to recipt, and within the "cooling off period" of 60 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods as per the Distance Selling regulations. You must contact us by email if you wish to cancel.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us as soon as possable. We will provide a pre paid returns label for you to do so and you agree to take the goods to a post office of your choosing.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible after the receipt of the goods back to us but no later than 14 working days.

Conclusion

These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law.
