Handmade in our Shrewsbury workshop, this countertop version of our popular wall mounted plate rack is ideal for locating under a kitchen cupboard or near a food preparation area. Made from sustainably sourced beech wood, it can be used to store and display a range of kitchenware items including plates, bowels, cup, saucers and other tableware.

Supplied untreated, it can be left natural or stained or painted if required (will extend the life if in contact with water)

Our countertop plate rack can hold plates of up to 20cm in diameter (top shelf) and up to 30cm in diameter (bottom shelf). These are held in place with 12mm integrated dowels, spaced 1.5cm apart.

40cm holds 12 small / 14 large plates
50cm holds 15 small / 17 large plates
60cm holds 18 small / 20 large plates
70cm holds 21 small / 23 large plates
80cm holds 24 small / 26 large plates
90cm holds 27 small / 30 large plates

When placing your order there is an option to add a cup rail or wine glass holder. Produced to the same width as the plate shelf, this rail mounts on the wall is a practical addition, providing extra storage for mugs and cups or wine glasses.

Lovely plate rack and cup holder

The plate rack was perfect for our daughter's kitchen. Custom sizing was excellent, and the additional cup holder is well worth it. Definitely recommend!

Excellent quality and service
